FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Bible Software Unit Acquired from iExalt

Anaheim, CA—July 15, 2002  iExalt Electronic Publishing announced today that it has been acquired from iExalt, Inc. the Houston-based Christian media company, by two former iExalt executives, Jack I. Tompkins and Randy Beck.  Mr. Tompkins is the former CEO of iExalt and Mr. Beck has been the president of the electronic publishing group since 1993.  The new privately-held company will continue to expand its strong position in the market for electronic resources for Christian preachers and teachers.

“I’m delighted to renew my involvement with the electronic publishing group” said Jack Tompkins.  “It has experienced a strong resurgence this year, showing the largest year-to-year increase in sales in 10 years and a 127% increase in the rate of growth in new customers.  Although it doesn’t fit with iExalt’s Christian newspaper, magazine, and radio strategy, I think our prospects are very bright with proper funding.”

“I’m greatly encouraged by this transition because it gives us the kind of attentive backing we need to fund our sales growth, the rollout of new releases of our programs, and the expansion of our library of electronic Christian books,” said Randy Beck.  “Like most of our staff, I’ve been with NavPress Software and iExalt through thick and thin, and our continued commitment is to keep serving those preachers and teachers who use our products to change lives.”

“Our partnership of cooperation with iExalt will continue at the same level as before, even though we are separately owned.  Our synergy has been based more on our shared values than on corporate structure.  The electronic publishing group has forged many other fruitful outside alliances like this, including Kirkbride Bible, Outline Bible, Pastors.com, and Olford Ministries.”

Over the past 25 years Jack Tompkins has served as a CEO and CFO of several public and private companies.  He holds an MBA degree from Baylor University and serves as a deacon in his church.

Randy Beck has nearly ten years experience in the Christian publishing industry, all of it with NavPress Software and iExalt.  Prior to that, his career included executive positions in new product development and marketing with IBM Corporation and Texas Instruments.  He holds degrees in electrical engineering from Rice and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

iExalt Electronic Publishing has been producing software and electronic books for the Christian market since 1987.   Beginning in 1989, it operated as NavPress Software until becoming a part of iExalt, Inc, in July of 1999.   iExalt Electronic Publishing markets over 500 volumes of electronic books in the STEP format for its WORDsearch ™ and LESSONmaker ™ software products.  In March of 2002, the company moved its offices and fulfillment operation into a new location in Austin, Texas with nearly triple its previous square footage.

Headquartered in Houston, iExalt, Inc. provides Christian media products, services and technology to the Christian community. The company's strategy is to acquire, develop and manage a large channel of media (print, radio, software and Internet) in order to leverage its products and services in a cost-effective manner. The company's divisions include a monthly Christian newspaper, a Christian events magazine, two radio shows, a speaker's bureau, a performing artist talent agency, a marketing communications agency, online ministry resources and a filtered ISP.
