About the Authors David A. Case is the chair of the division of Bible and theology of Ohio Christian University, where he has served since 1970. Dr. Case is ordained in the Churches of Christ in Christian Union. David W. Holdren is executive pastor at Cypress Wesleyan Church in Galloway, Ohio. He is an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church. Dr. Holdren served as a general superintendent of the Wesleyan Church General Board from 2000–2005.
