Mike and Julia Quarles direct the Freedom In Christ Recovery Ministry. Mike is a former pastor who struggled with alcoholism. He is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary. He has been the director of New Life For Addicts in Birmingham, Ala. Prior to coming with Freedom in Christ he was the Conference Coordinator and a counselor with Grace Ministries International in Atlanta.
