Men and women actually becoming like God-is it possible? And if it is, how can it be accomplished?

The title of this book gives sufficient indication of what the reader will find in it,' says A.W. Tozer in the foreward. 'God and men and their relation to each other this I believe to be all that really matters in this world, and that is what I have written about here.'

In the chapters that follow, Tozer elaborates on the relationship between God and His people and spurs readers onto Christlike practices. This series of editorials, arranged and edited by Tozer himself, covers such topics as confronting everyday problems, adjusting attitudes, developing discernment and eliminating lethargy in the Church.

About the Author
He was called a 'A 20^th century prophet' even in his own lifetime. Tozer began his lifelong pursuit of God at the age of seventeen after hearing a street preacher in Akron, Ohio say: 'If you don't know how to be saved…just call on God.' Upon returning home, he climbed into the attic, and called on God to be saved.

In 1919, five years after his conversion, and without any formal theological training, Tozer accepted an offer to pastor his first church. Thus began his journey of forty-four years of ministry, serving faithfully with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) denomination.

In 1950, Tozer was elected editor of the Alliance Weekly magazine, now called, Alliance Life, the official publication of the C&MA.

Among the many books that he authored, the most well known is the Christian classic The Pursuit of God. His books impress on the reader the possibility and necessity for a deeper relationship with God.
