Product Highlights
"It is refreshing to see the word 'awesome' used in its proper context rather than the colloquial application of popular culture. Dr. Evans has undertaken the ultimate challenge as he explores the imponderables of God's nature and greatness and glory. But after his exhaustive treatise in which he touches all bases, he brings it down, with marvelous simplicity, to the reality of the search." "Tony Evans writes with the heart of a pastor, the mind of a scholar and the skill of one of the great communicators of our time. Every reader will come face to face with the power and glory of God which demands a response. This book is spiritual dynamite." "Dr. Tony Evans God-given ability to analyze a text, crystallize the truth, and humanize the telling through 'homely illustrations' causes me to recommend this book to wider reading public with confidence and delight. This book is a classic combination of high scholarship, yet with refreshing simplicity keeping eternal truths will within the reach of the average hungry heart." Grounded in Biblical truth and packed with captivating illustrations from everyday life, this study details fourteen key characteristics of God and examines how they can enhance and cultivate your relationship with Him. The more you know about God, the more awestruck you will become, the more awestruck you become, the more you will worship God - the kind of worship and the kind of relationship God intended when He created you.
