This is a theme very dear to my heart addressed by one who has demonstrated this gift and calling all over the world." "The gospel hasn't changed in nearly two thousand years. It's still the transforming power of Jesus Christ! In this book, Dr. Richard shows how to preach the gospel humbly, prayerfully, biblically, expectantly. May God change lives as you proclaim that Good News!" Want a proven method for effective evangelistic sermons? Look no further. 'When it comes to evangelism, converting the sinner is God's role,' says author Ramesh Richard. 'Communicating the gospel is the role of the evangelist.' But how is that done effectively? Using principles rooted in his seven-step Scripture Sculpture method, Dr. Ramesh Richard guides you through the foundation, framework, method, and special issues of preaching salvation. He discusses:
This practical guide also includes helpful appendices, outlines, and checklists for pastors, seminarians, and church leaders. Anyone desiring deeper training in evangelistic sermons will find this book to be a valuable, life-changing guide. About the Author As a boy, watching his father leave a lucrative airline career for the ministry, Ramesh Richard knew that Christian ministry would become his vocation. While still a teen, Ramesh started presenting news about the Lord Jesus Christ in the open markets of South India. He is now an inspirational speaker and graduate school professor and has earned two doctoral degrees-a Th.D. (in systematic theology) from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. (in philosophy) from the University of Delhi. Dr. Richard is the founder and president of a global proclamation organization, reaching leaders worldwide, especially those of Asia, Africa, and Latin America. From Harvard to Haiti; from Presidents of nations to the masses in them; from small, intimate gatherings to large, filled arenas he has clarified the message of peace and hope to wide-ranging audiences in over 80 countries. In 2006, Dr. Richard was the speaker at the fourth annual African Union Heads of State Prayer Breakfast where he addressed 53 nations of Presidents/heads of state, secretaries of state, and ambassadors of state of Africa in Khartoum, Sudan. In 2008, he addressed an audience of 200 ambassadors and world leaders as the key note speaker for the 23rd Annual International Prayer Breakfast at the United Nations in New York City. Since 2000, he has brought a primetime 'state of humanity' address each New Year's Day on the world's largest television network based in Hong Kong. He has also authored several books including 'Soul Passion', 'Soul Mission' and 'Soul Vision'.
