Jim Egli serves as the Small Group Pastor at the Vineyard Church in Urbana, Illinois, where he oversees a growing system of over 100 home and specialty groups. Jim has authored 15 books on discipleship, small group ministry, and evangelism. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Regent University. He and his wife, Vicki, have three young adult sons and a teenage daughter.
