e-Book Developer

Due to growth, we're looking to add a member to our e-Book Development Team! Our e-Book Developers hand-code standards compliant HTML to convert paper books into electronic books. Clean up, proofing, and other text conversion processes are used in this entry-level position. Our future employees will have these skills:

• Hand-coding standards compliant HTML/XHTML (Required!)
• CSS Experience
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to Manage Time
• Capacity to Work with Others and Independently
• Regular Expressions, Perl, or Foreign Language Skills are a Plus
• Please note that this position does not make use of WYSIWYG Editors. All formatting is done by hand-coding standards compliant HTML, CSS, and running various scripts.
