About the Author

Brian E. Ridolfi was born in Walnut Creek, California and grew up in nearby Livermore, California. In 1997, he graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BS degree in Geological Sciences. After receiving his diploma he moved back to Livermore and started his career as a research scientist. Brian has worked both in the private sector and for the US Department of Energy at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
