Library Organization
Bigger is definitely better when it comes to Bible libraries, but big libraries lead to new challenges keeping everything tidy, so we’ve provided key features to help you get the most out of your electronic library.
- Finds ’em Fast. Touch F9 and key a few characters from any part of the title, author or category. You’re going to be astonished at how fast it finds the book you want. It’s great to have a big library. It’s even greater to go right to the book you want in a flash!
- Plays Favorites. Because you can now browse the web from within WORDsearch 8, we felt it was important to allow you to manage bookmarks to your favorite Christian reference and devotional sites. Our new Favorites manager will allow you to bookmark web sites, but, more importantly, you can also bookmark your favorite WORDsearch electronic books, documents, and Bible or book passages. By allowing you to mix and match favorites you can organize resources topically regardless of whether they are web sites or electronic books.
- Keeps Collections. A Collection is simply a set of books that you’ve given a name. You can use them to create little nooks in your library lined with the “go-to” books for a special purpose or topic. Then invoke the Collection name when you do a search by word or topic, or check cross-references to limit your search to just the cream. Unlike with physical collections, any book can appear in many WORDsearch 8 collections. There’s no limit to the number of collections you can create, and WORDsearch 8 allows you to switch from one to the other quickly and easily.
